1.  Products & Pricing 

    * We create handcrafted wooden art pieces and custom gift baskets.

    * Due to the natural variations in wood, slight differences in color, grain, and texture are expected and add to the uniqueness of  each piece.

    * Colors, stains, and finishes may appear differently on screens or in photos.

    * Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on wood type, size, complexity, finishes, or basket contents.

2.  Deposits & Payments

    * A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom items to begin production (unless otherwise stated).

    * The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid before delivery  or pickup.

3.  Turnaround Time

    * Standard turnaround time is 7 - 14 business days.

    * Larger or more intricate orders may take longer.

   * Time and estimates may be affected by material availability or other circumstances beyond our control. (ie. weather)

4.  Delivery & Pickup Hours

   * Delivery and pickup are available during the following times:
      Monday - Saturday:  10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Sunday: Closed

   * Delivery fees may apply based on location.

   * We are not responsible for courier or shipping delays once an item is dispatched.

5.  Customization & Changes

  *  Customers are responsible for all color, stain, finish, and basket theme selections.

  *  Any changes requested after production begins will result in additional charges.

6.  Artistic Integrity & Right to Refuse
​
  *  We are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
​
  *  We reserve the right to decline any project that does not meet our standards or compromises our artistic integrity.

7.  Returns & Refunds
​
  *  All sales are Final due to the custom nature of our work.
​
  *  Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only offered for damage or defects caused by Unique Crafts Bahamas.
​
  *  Issues must be reported within 48hours of receiving your order, with photos of the defect.
​
8.  Disclaimer
​
  * Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, natural wood patterns, or screen display settings.
​
  *  Wood is a natural material; variations in grain, knots, and texture are normal.
​
  *  We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather.
​
